Covid Guidelines

My Playful World continues to implement measures to reduce Covid transmission, following the Covid-19 pandemic. Our aim is to protect children and families when they visit, whilst still making it possible to enjoy our venue. The following

• Hand sanitiser is available to all customers
• Face masks are available to all customers and customers are able to wear their own if they choose to
• Areas that are frequently used/touched are sanitised between play session (door handles, tables, countertops etc)
• The soft toys and soft furnishings are washed frequently with laundry sanitiser
• The wooden toys are sanitised every other day

We would like to ask you, when visiting us at My Playful World, to help us reduce the risk of infection by following these guidelines:

• Adhere to social distancing measures on arrival, when queueing for the café and when moving about the playcentre
• Use the hand sanitiser provided and wash your hands when possible
• Use card / pay by phone where possible
• Do not come and visit us if you or anyone you live with has any Covid-19 symptoms. We will be happy to transfer your session to another date if you let us know before your session begins.
